Love Monkey’s Concert

Come celebrate summer with the Love Monkeys to benefit the Okauchee Lions.

The Love Monkeys will entertain us as we safely – and at distance – “Fight, for our right, to party”!

The Okauchee Lions Park will be divided into grids to accommodate up to 10 people. We recommend that guests within each grid be from the same family unit or quarantine circle/orbit. There will be 6 feet of separation between each grid. Strict social distancing rules are in effect. Guests must remain in their own lawn chairs placed in their pre-marked area throughout the event. The only exception is to use the bathrooms.

The Okauchee Lions will provide beverage for purchase prior to the event. Beverages will be delivered to your grid as detailed by your registration. While no food will be available for purchase at the event, a limited number of beverages will be.

This event is rain or shine!! Pack appropriate gear to handle any inclement weather.

To reserve your space, follow these simple steps:

  1. Select your reservation status from one of the top three options; VIP, Premium, or General.
    • These will determine your location and access to the stage/band
  2. Select your drink options
    • Select any/all from Beer, Hard Seltzer, Soda, & Water. You will be able to choose quantities on the following page.
    • You will be able to pick specific brands/flavors upon arrival at the event.
    • A limited amount of drinks will be available for purchase at the event.

No Monkeying Around – Waiver & Safety Rules

By purchasing a ticket, you and your guests, agree to the terms of the following waiver as well as the rules noted below:

Buyer (also known as “participant”) and fellow guests  agree to adhere to the Waiver and Safety Rules. Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, the purchaser releases and forever discharges the the Love Monkeys and the Okauchee Lions, all event sponsors and hosts, as well as their spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including illness or injury resulting in the death of the Participant, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Participant’s participation in this event.

 

SAFETY RULES

The Buyer must be 21 years of age or older.

A mask must be worn until you reach your grid.  Masks will be provided if you arrive without one.

In addition to Okauchee Lions security, local Police may be onsite to enforce all rules. Any violation of policies could lead to dismissal from the event grounds by Okauchee Lions security and/or their volunteers. In the event of dismissal, refunds will not be provided.

No walk-up sales. All tickets must be purchased in advance.

Guests will be reminded of all policies and procedures through stage announcements and information shared at the time of purchase.

 

BEVERAGES

Beverages are available for purchase at the time of registration.  A limited amount of beverages will be available to purchase from the Okauchee Lions at the event.  The procedure for doing so will be outlined at check-in.

The Buyer and fellow guests are not allowed to carry-in alcoholic beverages.

Grilling is prohibited.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be issued. The net proceeds from ticket and beverage sales will be donated to the Okauchee Lions.

 

OTHER POLICIES

Smoking will be allowed in a designated area – see signage or your friendly Volunteer.

Using the cell phone number provided at the time of purchase, whenever possible, the Buyer will be notified in advance of any weather related cancellations and/or arrival instructions.

The lot will open at 5:30PM.  Once all guests for the Buyer’s grid have arrived, the Buyer will approach the check-in desk to obtain the group’s wristbands.  If a guest will be late, the check in desk must be advised of the guest’s name to accommodate their late arrival.  A Volunteer will escort the group to their assigned grid.

Guests must enter and exit via designated areas and must follow the directional arrows to arrive at and depart from their grid.

If a guest needs to leave prior to the show’s conclusion, a Volunteer will escort him/her through the exit.

Waukesha Public Health Department has reviewed our plan and we are following all appropriate guidelines.
